We insure that your High School Graduation Package is provided exactly as specified. Should you have any complaints, please contact us for a refund within 48 hours of delivery. We guarantee 80% of your money back if you meet the following requirements:
- Do not open, damage or remove the protective packaging containing the official Graduation Package materials (Diploma & Transcripts). These documents will be observable from within the package. Opening, damaging or removing the packaging will void your refund claims.
- Print out a copy of the response email from our refund unit confirming the approval of your money back request (including the return address for returning the Graduation Package materials).
- Return the Graduation Package and approval email to the specified address.
- Your credit card will be reimbursed for 80% of the original purchase price (not including shipping costs) within 2 business days of receiving your authorized refund package. In case your payment is via personal check or money order, please allow up to 20 business days from our receipt of the returned materials to receive your refund.
