Alpha High School Graduation Requirements
A total of 21 credits in five branches of knowledge is required. Please note that you may not have formal classroom education to earn high school degrees based on life, military and work experience. However, the number of courses you did complete in a high school program influences amount of work/life experience you are required to have.
To obtain a High School Degree, you should satisfy the following requirements:
- 21 credits of formal classroom education, or
- 11 credits of classroom education and 24 months life/work experience in the five Branches of Knowledge listed below, or
- 6 credits of classroom education and 36 months life/work experience in the five Branches of Knowledge listed below, or
- 48 months life/work experience in the five Branches of Knowledge listed below.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
If you have completed one year of high school, you should have at least 6 classroom credits. That means you should get another 15 credits required for graduation. Below you can see the list of courses in 5 Branches of Knowledge you might have life/work experience in. You may get high school credit in almost any of the subjects you have life or work experience in: cooking, swimming, singing, car repair, etc. - just pick up from the list below those subjects you are the most skillful at.
